<span  class='PSLONGEDITBOX' >Key training professional who connects training efforts to close skill and knowledge gaps for advisors, leaders and staff.  Tight partnership with local and regional Field Leaders (RVPs, FVPs, BOMs, FGVPs, FFVPs, FCs) to assess effectiveness of current training programs, identify new learning opportunities and ensure resources are focused against key gaps.  Regional and local trainer at designated conferences and events.  
<br />
<br />-Serve as in-field training expert for key AAG and AFG field audiences including advisors, leaders, and staff.  Train required curriculum for all business and client management systems including Contact Manager, Client Viewer, NaviPlan, Thomson One and Beta, as well as Sales Skills and Product Training, Marketing and Client Acquisition, Leadership Development, etc.  Deliver training via face-to-face and small group methods.  Serve as point person for revised novice onboarding program when deployed.
<br />
<br />-Utilize Knowledge/Skills/Activities assessments to uncover specific skill and knowledge gaps.  Partner with field leader to create and utilize branch/regional training plans to coordinate efforts and focus resources.  Create and manage training calendar that applies training at local level yet harnesses national regional resources.  Partner with ABDG and Practice Management colleagues to deliver against these plans in an unified fashion.
<br />
<br />-Lead and participate in local training events, such as regional conferences, Education Days, EAR onboarding, etc. Serve as key liaison with enterprise field training segment leads to refine curriculum and drive new content development and course refinements as needed based on in-field usage and determination of continued effectiveness with advisors, staff and leaders.
