This would include client contact, and injury and/or work loss investigation. Must possess proven negotiation skills and strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Must possess the ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a high volume, fast paced environment. Must also have the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, work independently and also contribute to a team environment. Must be a self-starter with willingness to accept change, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. The work schedule involves daytime hours, but must be flexible to some schedule variance as dictated by claim volume and customer need.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will lead new hire auto, home and umbrella sales training at our Green Bay, WI and Phoenix, AZ offices to fully prepare new sales agents for on-going success. This includes developing and teaching educational workshops as well as teaching continuing educational workshops as needed. In addition, the ideal candidate will teach continuing education and pre-licensing once licensing tenure requirements are met.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have strong, proven leadership skills and must be enthusiastic, professional and with a strong classroom presence to be demonstrated during the interview and selection process. At least two years of classroom training experience with specific focus on adult learning or technical training in a business setting and at least one year of curriculum development experience using accepted adult learning principles and methodology strongly preferred. Experience with needs analysis process, measuring training effectiveness, and measuring return on investment, preferred. In lieu of training experience, 12+ months of Property Casualty sales experience or applicable Bachelor's degree preferable. Qualified candidates must be available to work nontraditional hours as needed, including nights and/or weekends. The position will also include travel to and lead training for our Phoenix location, depending on business need. Qualified candidates must obtain Property/Casualty License within 60 days of completion of state pre-licensing class if not currently held.

Responsibilities
This position provides client service to auto and home insurance policyholders by answering client inquiries and processing policy changes. 95% of the job is speaking to /assisting our clients via inbound telephone calls while looking up client or policy information on our computer system.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required and previous call center experience is highly preferred.

Qualified candidates will have well developed telephone etiquette, excellent oral communication skills, the ability to process information over the phone, react quickly and appropriately along with demonstrated decision making and multitasking skills. Previous computer experience, including keyboarding (typing) skills of 35 or more WPM and Windows experience is required. The ability to learn quickly and retain information is also desired.

Hours vary; schedule flexibility is a plus. Shifts will fall between 11:30am and midnight. There is a minimum requirement of 2 Saturdays per month.
