All rights reserved.<br/>Responsibilities<br/>The ideal candidate will lead new hire auto, home and umbrella sales training at our Green Bay, WI and Phoenix, AZ offices to fully prepare new sales agents for on-going success.  This includes developing and teaching educational workshops as well as teaching continuing educational workshops as needed.  In addition, the ideal candidate will teach continuing education and pre-licensing once licensing tenure requirements are met.<br/>Qualifications<br/>Qualified candidates must have strong, proven leadership skills and must be enthusiastic, professional and with a strong classroom presence to be demonstrated during the interview and selection process.  At least two years of classroom training experience with specific focus on adult learning or technical training in a business setting and at least one year of curriculum development experience using accepted adult learning principles and methodology strongly preferred.  Experience with needs analysis process, measuring training effectiveness, and measuring return on investment, preferred.  In lieu of training experience, 12+ months of Property Casualty sales experience or applicable Bachelor's degree preferable.  Qualified candidates must be available to work nontraditional hours as needed, including nights and/or weekends.  The position will also include travel to and lead training for our Phoenix location, depending on business need.  Qualified candidates must obtain Property/Casualty License within 60 days of completion of state pre-licensing class if not currently held.<br/>JCODE:23914]]></description>
