Candidate will audit adverse carrier subrogation demands utilizing a computer estimating system and historical data tools and contact the adverse carrier to negotiate a settlement. Additional responsibilities may include: audit independent appraisers and Direct Repair Shop estimates and shop of choice estimates for accuracy and adherence to company Best Practices guidelines; document claim files to meet company compliance guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's or technical Associate's degree is strongly preferred or relevant equivalent work experience. Previous insurance auto estimating or collision repair management experience is required. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and an excellent work ethic. Strong negotiation skills are required. Must be able to work independently but also contribute in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are required.
