Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of training, coaching and overall development solutions to meet the Ameriprise Advisor Center (AAC) organizational needs. This role is focused on developing and delivering training solutions using a defined, approach and methodology; including developing training materials and participating in ongoing needs assessment activities. Includes:

- Providing subject matter expertise to help develop and create implementation plans for training programs and supporting materials to secure a successful implementation; utilizing existing resources as appropriate (Ameriprise University, RiverSource University, Organizational Effectiveness and Develompent, etc.). Ensures that existing programs and tools are effectively implemented within the business and desired objectives are achieved.

- Designing training programs based on outcomes from training needs assessment. Identifies the appropriate training method -- e-learning, instructor-led, or blended approaches -- to achieve the desired organizational impact. Partners with others on the team to create training materials such as curriculum outlines, and user/facilitator guides and other instructional design systems, as necessary.

- Assists in the day-to-day project work associated with training initiatives that may include vendor interaction, reporting, project stakeholder engagement and content reviews with subject matter experts in other lines of business.

- Facilitating sessions with stakeholders to determine whether existing or newly-developed training will address businessneeds. Develop tools and survey instruments which assist in identifying training needs and report assessment outcomes to project stakeholders. Utilizes the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) to ensure that the training initiatives achieve the desired outcome.
Qualifications
- 4+ years training experience in the financial services or related business
- Expert knowledge and experience in adult learning, curriculum design, and instructor led training, specifically in a sales environment.
- Strong coaching and consulting skills
- Deep financial product and service knowledge across all areas of financial planning; ability to explain complex solutions in simple, easy to understand terms
- Exposure to the design and implementation of training assessment instruments
- Experience in delivering training to large groups in an effective manner
- Demonstrated excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Independent self-starter with ability to create strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing department with a high level of change.

The role of the Portfolio Architect is to plan and design IT capabilities that are efficient, stable, resilient, secure, and aligned with Ameriprise Financial technology strategies and standards. Responsibilities
Organize, analyze and prepare outgoing requests for and incoming receipt of field documentation including workflow management for Corporate Registered Principals. Review of communications with the public including email and paper correspondence. Raise issues and concerns when appropriate and ensure matters are escalated to the right areas of supervision.

- Analyze and organize outgoing requests and incoming receipt of field documentation including maintaining tracking system for incoming field information. Includes monitoring mailbox for incoming documentation from advisors, review of and determination of next steps.
- Complete initial review of outgoing communications from advisors to clients in accordance with NASD Rule 2210 through email review tool (Digital Supervisor) to determine whether further supervision action is necessary.
- Complete initial review of 529 plan beneficiary changes to determine supervisory need.
- Record all pertinent information into 529 supervision database and escalate as appropriate to corporate RP.
- Maintain appropriate Office of Supervison Jurisdiction (OSJ) files for each advisor. Respond to questions from field leaders, advisors and clients that have called one of our toll-free lines and could not reach the Corporate RP. Escalate to other members of the CSU as needed
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 yrs experience
- Experience working with the field
- Demonstrated aptitude for analysis and problem solving
- Knowledge of regulatory framework governing financial services industry, Ameriprise products and services
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong oral/written communication skills; proven conflict management skills
- Proficient use of Excel; ability to use several systems at once

Responsibilities
>Provide technical leadership to Investment and Asset Management for the day to day infrastructure operations of across network, phones, end user computing (Large Citrix Presence) and distributed computing.
> Oversee the design, build and support of infrastructure solutions based on business requirements, working closely with the Investment and Asset Management technical teams.
> Provide technical support for infrastructure issues and respond to incident management bridge calls to help resolve issues quickly.
> Provide technical leadership and guidance for the all Infrastructure Delivery domains.
> Work with business and technology partners to assist in the design as it relates to the management and implementation of AFI remote office infrastructure.
> Effectively communicate status on infrastructure projects and critical production issues to leadership and business partners.
> Assist in the management of internal and external infrastructure changes using the standard Ameriprise change mgmt processes.
Qualifications
> Working knowledge of the Networks, Workstations, Servers, Storage and Directory Services.
> Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to a non technical audience and to direct technical resources on project tasks.
> Excellent relationship management skills for interaction across multiple technology and business areas.
> Demonstrated experience in the development of technology solutions to meet and exceed business expectations.
> Certification and / or equivalent experience on the Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
> Working knowledge of IT process and technology including the ITIL foundation.
> Working knowledge of the Citrix and Virtual Application Deployments, Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory and Networking.
