Responsibilities
Provides coaching and training on client acquisition, financial planning, and sales strategies for field leaders and advisors. Primary metrics will be HVCA, and percent of HVCA in a planning relationship. Partner with Branch Office Manager/ FFVP to develop market group level plans for HVCA, financial planning, and sales strategies uptake.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with leading field implementation initiatives. Experience working successfully with sales force members. Ability to influence advisor and field leader behavior. Strong communication, coaching, training and general presentation skills. Self driven and self accountable. Ability to drive results on a remote basis. Outstanding relationship management, negotiation and collaborating/influencing skills in dealing with all levels through various communications channels. College degree or equivalent required (MBA in Marketing or Communications preferred) and 5+ years relevant experience required. FINRA Series 7, 63/66, 65/66, State licensing may be required.

-Serve as in-field training expert for key AAG and AFG field audiences including advisors, leaders, and staff. Train required curriculum for all business and client management systems including Contact Manager, Client Viewer, NaviPlan, Thomson One and Beta, as well as Sales Skills and Product Training, Marketing and Client Acquisition, Leadership Development, etc. Deliver training via face-to-face and small group methods. Serve as point person for revised novice onboarding program when deployed.

-Utilize Knowledge/Skills/Activities assessments to uncover specific skill and knowledge gaps. Partner with field leader to create and utilize branch/regional training plans to coordinate efforts and focus resources. Create and manage training calendar that applies training at local level yet harnesses national regional resources. Partner with ABDG and Practice Management colleagues to deliver against these plans in an unified fashion.

-Lead and participate in local training events, such as regional conferences, Education Days, EAR onboarding, etc. Serve as key liaison with enterprise field training segment leads to refine curriculum and drive new content development and course refinements as needed based on in-field usage and determination of continued effectiveness with advisors, staff and leaders.

Qualifications
-College Degree
-5+ yrs experience
-FINRA Series 6 & 7
-Previous work experience within a financial services business; demonstrated knowledge of and competence with AMPF systems and tools.
-Broad and deep understanding of, and credibility with, the field organization.
-Ability to partner with field leaders to assess training gaps and tailor a training plan to help close skill and knowledge gaps.
-Demonstrated excellence in communicating with others; highly effective facilitation and coaching skills.
-Strong ability to influence senior business leaders and lead across all levels of the organization. Ability to act as a change agent.
