Responsibilities
This role ensures and maintains customer satisfaction according to defined standards by opening, preparing, and scanning incoming documents. The position includes working with various imaging equipment and requires achievement of specific performance benchmarks. Candidate must work within the SEC and state regulations. Responsibilities include:

Process incoming mail to ensure order aligns with workstream requirements. Appropriately assemble documents using separator sheets to ensure client documents remain intact. Ensure that mail prep follows defined business requirements, including following specialized client procedures.

Scan documents within appropriate business rules and establish jobs. Create, maintain, and update productivity log.

Process high volume of incoming mail submitted for imaging, which includes straightening folded or creased documents; repairing torn or damaged documents. Efficiently prepare paper mail for scanning via IBML. Preparation includes removing paperclips, staples, rubber bands and other types of fastenings from incoming documents.

Communicate problems effectively and notify supervisor of potential hazards promptly. Use equipment checklist to perform specialized maintenance of scanning equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Typing and PC Skills
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication, analysis and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to be flexible
- Must be comfortable working in a high production environment
- Requires sitting/standing for extended periods of time
- May lift up to 35lbs periodically
