Regional and local trainer at designated conferences and events. -Serve as in-field training expert for key AAG and AFG field audiences including advisors, leaders, and staff. Train required curriculum for all business and client management systems including Contact Manager, Client Viewer, NaviPlan, Thomson One and Beta, as well as Sales Skills and Product Training, Marketing and Client Acquisition, Leadership Development, etc. Deliver training via face-to-face and small group methods. Create and manage training calendar that applies training at local level yet harnesses national regional resources.
